Great coaching and atmosphere for young developing adults .

Our son has been part of the Ferocious Family for a few months now and it's been the greatest experience of his life. From the moment he walked into the gym, Luey and his fighters/trainers treated him like family even though he was new to the sport. My son has grown in the sport exponentially and looks forward to every minute he gets to spend at the gym. If you're looking for a great workout or want to learn fundamentals and technique from people that truly care, this is the place to be. You won't find a boxing family like this anywhere else in SA!!

I recommend to whom ever want to loose weight stay fit and learn how to box 🥊 this place is awesome a lot of very skilled and professional Coaches /boxers are willing to take the time to teach you to be determined and motivate you to be confident and to reach your goal I highly recommend this place

The best gym!! The best workout!! The best people!! If you have ever been in a boxing gym then you know - the world should be more like a boxing gym. This place exemplifies that everyday. People helping people, learn, push themselves to limits previously thought not possible, picking each other up. Quite frankly - this place is better than your gym. . They have morning classes at 6am. Afternoon classes at 530p and 645p. All levels are welcome. Maybe you have never put boxing gloves on. Maybe you have competed before. Maybe you just want a GREAT workout. In all examples - there is a place for you. They call it the sweet science. You will eventually understand why and appreciate and humbly respect this craft like so many before you.
